The Company is engaged in the brokerage of shares, stocks, equity, and debt securities, commodities, forex and other financial instruments, and corporate financial services. The Company is also engaged in trading equity and debt securities on its own account through ready, spot, and forward counters of the stock exchange. The Company operates through three segments: Brokerage, Advisory, and other operations. The Brokerage segment includes brokerage services. The Advisory segment includes advisory and consultancy services. The other operations segment includes services related to market brokerage, forex brokerage, commodity brokerage, and share subscription commission. The Company provides investment banking services, such as business and financial advisory, equity capital raising, debt capital raising, and financial restructuring, and equity broking services for commercial and investment banks.
