Newlat Food purchased 109,705 shares of its own common stock in May

(Alliance News) - Newlat Food Spa reported Wednesday that it bought back 109,705 of its own ordinary shares in May.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR6.85, for a total value of EUR849,109.14.

To date, the company holds 1.8 million treasury shares, or 4.1 percent of its share capital.

Newlat Food's stock is up 6.2 percent at EUR9.24 per share.
