New Venturetec Ltd. : Exercise of the advanced subscription rights for the 4% convertible bond

End of Advanced Subscription Rights Offering for 4% Convertible Bonds 2014-2018

Zug, December 18, 2013 - New Venturetec Ltd. (SIX:NEV) announced today the end of the advanced subscription rights offering to existing shareholders. Advanced subscription rights in the amount of CHF 1'000'000 of the total of up to CHF 15'625'000 4% Convertible Bond 2014 - 2018 have been exercised by existing shareholders on their pro rata rights.

This financing transaction consists of an advanced subscription rights offering of 4% Convertible Bonds to existing shareholders whereby those advanced subscription rights not taken by existing shareholders will be allocated by the Board of Directors of New Venturetec to other shareholders of the Company or third party investors until January 17, 2014. The anticipated closing of both, the advanced subscription rights offering as well as the offering to other shareholders and new investors, is January 23, 2014.

Peter Friedli, Chairman of New Venturetec Ltd., committed to invest up to CHF 10,000,000 in the 4% Convertible Bonds 2014-2018 not subscribed by existing shareholders.
