Customers of Neoenergia distributors - Coelba (BA), Celpe (PE), Cosern (RN) and Elektro (SP/MS) - can earn up to R$ 20 discount on the payment of the electricity bill. The company has partnered with the Application RecargaPay, which will offer the discount for those who pay with the credit card using the digital platform from this Friday (29). The benefit will be granted to all consumers who download the app and pay the energy bill for the first time directly on RecargaPay.

'The partnership with RecargaPay will provide a great benefit to our customers who are increasingly using the digital environment. The application is safe, fast, simple and the user will be able to pay through the credit card. The customer can choose to receive their energy bill by e-mail, in this way, we promote the convenience, comfort and health of people, who will not need to leave the house to make the payment, thus avoiding crowding', said the Superintendent of Commercial Processes of Neoenergia, Leonardo Moura.

With RecargaPay, Neoenergia consolidates its performance in the digital scenario by integrating service channels and new means of payment, expanding the possibilities of discharge of the energy bill for its more than 14 million customers. The company was the pioneer in the use of PIX in the energy and utilities sector, and also offers the discharge of the account through the automatic debit, credit card and Virtual Card Caixa Elo (Emergency Assistance).
