NDL Ventures Limited announced that Mr. Anil Harish has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company vide resignation letter dated July 8, 2024 with immediate effect. Consequently, he shall cease to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Member of Risk Management Committee of the Company. Date of Cessation: July 8, 2024.
