Global education services provider Navitas Limited (ASX: NVT) is pleased to announce that Matthew Rumpus has today been appointed as an assistant company secretary of Navitas, in addition to his existing role of senior legal counsel.
Prior to joining Navitas in 2014, Mr Rumpus was a special counsel with Ashurst, a global law firm where he specialised in corporate law including corporate governance, equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Rumpus has experience in providing advice to directors of listed public companies in relation to directors' duties, the Corporations Act, the Listing Rules and corporate governance.
Ms Taylia Rocci has resigned as assistant company secretary to pursue a role at another ASX listed company. Navitas would like to thank Ms Rocci for her efforts during her time as assistant company secretary.
