Nations Trust Bank PLC Announces Resignation of Savanth Lateen Sebastian as Non Executive Director, Member of Board Audit Committee and Board Integrated Risk Management Committee

Nations Trust Bank PLC announced that Mr. Savanth Lateen Sebastian, Independent Non Executive Director resigned from the Board of the Bank on 18th June 2024. He served as a member of Board Audit Committee (BAC) and Board Integrated Risk Management Committee (BIRMC) of the Bank. Consequent to the said resignation of Mr. Sebastian from the Board of the Bank, the compositions of BAC and BIRMC with effect from 18s June 2024 are as follows.

BARC Ms. Rachini Rajapaksa- Independent Non Executive Director (Chairperson of the Committee), Mr. Conrad D'Souza - Senior Independent Director, Mr. Charitha Subasinghe - Non Executive/Non Independent Director. BIRMC: Mr. Conrad D'Souza - Senior Independent Director (Chairman of the Committee), Ms. Rachini Rajapaksa - Independent Non Executive Director, Mr. Charitha Subasinghe - Non Executive/Non Independent Director.
