On August 10, 2016, Scott S. Cowen resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of NACCO Industries Inc. Effective August 10, 2016, Mr. Michael S. Miller was appointed to the Board, and will serve on the Board's Audit Review Committee and Finance Committee.
