TOLEDO, OH--(Marketwired - Sep 10, 2014) - N-Viro International (OTCQB: NVIC) and N-Viro Energy Limited have entered the business incubator program on the campus of Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST) in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China.

The University partnership will provide a supportive environment for entry into the China market and help facilitate the completion of the first N-Viro Fuel™ project built on the campus. N-Viro Energy Limited will contribute business development, fund raising and oversight of project development.

SWUST is a multi-disciplinary national university with a 50 year history and is one of 14 key universities in western China; SWUST is a branch of Tsinghua University with an academic focus on science.

City of Mianyang will host The Sichuan Environmental Protection Association annual meeting in October. The N-Viro Fuel™ campus project will be showcased during the annual meeting and will attract Provincial EPA government officials and industry experts that oversee a territory comprising over 80 million people in pursuit of up and coming environment-clean technologies.

China has the world's third-largest coal reserves and the largest installed electric generation capacity in the world. The power industry is characterized by fast growth and China has pledged to reduce the carbon intensity of its economy. N-Viro Fuel™ is similar to many coals in its heat production value and is easily implemented into existing infrastructure. N-Viro Fuel™ is a comprehensive emission control strategy. The chemical properties in the product cleanse SOx and NOx outputs.

The United States EPA has a bilateral relationship with China and partners with China's national ministries to share expertise and experience to advance environmental protection in support of international priorities. N-Viro Fuel™ is recognized by the United States EPA as an alternative energy fuel and its use as a substitute for coal feed has been given official sanction.

Plans are moving forward to engage a marketing firm for preparation of materials for the annual meeting. Timothy R. Kasmoch, CEO of N-Viro International will travel to China for the annual meeting and commented; "The formation of foreign enterprises will uphold the company global plan and assist with ongoing projects for our China business. I look forward to building strong relationships in China as we build our international presence."
