TOLEDO, OH--(Marketwired - Jan 23, 2015) - N-Viro International Corporation (OTCQB: NVIC) announces a Certificate of Incorporation from the Companies Registry in Hong Kong for N-Viro Energy Limited was granted on January 16, 2015. This Hong Kong company is a wholly owned subsidiary of N-Viro Energy Ltd., our UK sister company formed in 2014. N-Viro Energy Limited has secured headquarters in the City of Shenzhen, China and will operate as a holding company for developing projects in China. The company will begin operation immediately under the governance of directors Michael Burton-Prateley, Yee Dai Shek and Timothy R Kasmoch.

The corporate structure of N-Viro Energy Limited was devised and executed by the global law firm of Morrison Foerster, advisers to N-Viro Energy (Hong Kong) Ltd. The Directors of N-Viro Energy Limited expect that Morrison Foerster will be instrumental in the coming months in providing advice and guidance in capital raising and project financing for execution of the first ten projects in China.

N-Viro Energy Limited has already received positive responses from several cities within China and the interest of provincial and city environmental departments. The Directors also expect to enter into agency agreements with related parties in the coming months, who can deliver 30-year projects in 2015. All of the projects secured are expected to use the N-Viro Fuel™ technology, combined with electrical generation, to enhance our N-Viro Fuel™ technology into a turnkey waste-to-energy process.
