MZI Resources Ltd is an Australia-based mineral sands company, which focuses on the minerals of zircon, rutile and leucoxene. The Company's principal activities include mineral sands development, production and exploration. The Company's segments include Tiwi Island Projects, Keysbrook Project and Unallocated Corporate/Other. The Tiwi Island Projects segment includes the Company's projects located on the Tiwi Islands in the Northern Territory, including Lethbridge South, Lethbridge West and Kilimiraka. The Keysbrook Project segment includes the Keysbrook Project, which is located in the south-west of Western Australia. The Company is developing a leucoxene deposit at Keysbrook, located approximately 70 kilometers south of Perth in Western Australia. The deposit is approximately 1,406 hectares in area. The Keysbrook Project hosts zircon/leucoxene ore body. The Keysbrook Project sits within two Shires: the Shire of Murray and the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale.
