Payment of dividends and interest on own capital

Barueri, August 6, 2018 - MULTIPLUS (B3: MPLU3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, at a meeting held today, the Company's Board of Directors resolved, subject to approval by the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting, to approve the distribution of dividends and interest on own capital, as follows:

1. Distribution, in the form of dividends, the amount of R$66,670,002.35, corresponding to R$0.41149033264 per share, and interest on equity totaling R$3,565,510.28, corresponding to R$0.02200649410 per share, or R$3.029.672,06, net of withholding income tax, corresponding to R$0.01869927585 per share, except for shareholders able to prove their exemption or immunity from tax retention.

1. Payments will be made as of September 17, 2018, without any additional compensation, and will benefit shareholders registered with the depositary financial institution of the Company's shares on August 09, 2018. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-interest on own capital as of August 10, 2018 inclusive.

1. The shareholders whose shares are held in custody will have their amounts available in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Stock Exchanges.

For shareholders whose registration contains neither their Individual/Corporate Taxpayer's ID number nor details of their bank, branch and account numbers, payments will be made as of the third business day after the date of updating their banking information with Banco Itaú S.A., which can be made through any branch network or via mail addressed to Banco Itaú S.A. - Diretoria de Serviços para o Mercado de Capitais - Gerência de Operações/Unidade de Ações e Debêntures, located at Av. Engenheiro Armando de Arruda Pereira, 707 - São Paulo/SP - CEP 04344-902.
