On January 22, 2020, MJ Holdings, Inc.‘s President, Richard S. Groberg, tendered his resignation to the Company’s Board of Directors. The Board accepted Mr. Groberg’s resignation effective immediately. Additionally, on January 22, 2020 the Board appointed the Company’s Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer, Terrence M. Tierney, JD to the additional position of interim President. Mr. Tierney will continue to report directly to the CEO and Board. Mr. Tierney was a consultant to the Company from July 1, 2018 until September 18, 2018 when he was appointed Secretary of the Company.
