Notice of the Resolution of the Board of Directors on the Year-end Dividends

This is to inform you that the following resolution on the payment of year-end dividends for 176th Fiscal Year (April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024) has been passed at the Board of Directors meeting of MITSUI-SOKO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), held on May10, 2024.

Details

In accordance with the provision in the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, year-end dividends will be paid to the shareholders or pledgees of shares appearing or recorded on the latest Shareholder Registry as of March 31, 2024, as follows.

1.Dividend: 79yen per share

2.Effective Date and Date for Commencement of Dividend Payment to Shareholders: June 5, 2024
