Moscow, January 22, 2013 - Today, the Board of Directors of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter, MMC Norilsk Nickel or the Company) has approved new structure of the Company's Management Board.

In accordance with the resolution passed, starting from January 23 the structure of the Management Board shall be as follows:

Plastinina Nina Mikhailovna -   Director of Internal Control Department
