On January 21, 2020, Zoom Telephonics, Inc. announced Frank Manning’s retirement as CEO and acting CFO of the Company effective February 1, 2020. The Company announced that Joe Wytanis, the Company’s president, will become CEO and Jacquelyn Barry Hamilton will become acting CFO. Further, the Company stated that Frank Manning will become an advisor to the Company and will remain as a Director. Jeremy Hitchcock, a current major shareholder of the Company and a Director, will become Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Its cable and WiFi products, with an intelligent operating system and bundled mobile application, are sold in retailers and e-commerce channels in the United States (U.S.). Modems and modem/routers (gateways) are devices, which converts cable service into Internet connectivity for ethernet-only connection (modems) or ethernet and wireless connections.
