MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. announced that on January 19, 2016 the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.16 per common share, which is a 7% increase from the dividend paid each of the previous four quarters. The dividend is payable March 15, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2016.
