On January 23, 2020, MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company"), issued a
press release announcing its earnings for the three months and year ended
December 31, 2019. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 8.01.  Other Events.
The Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per
common share on January 22, 2020, which is the same as the dividend paid in the
prior quarter. The dividend is payable March 16, 2020, to shareholders of record
at the close of business on March 2, 2020.
