BRUSSELS, July 10 (Reuters) - Microsoft is paying about 20 million euros ($21.7 million) to settle trade body CISPE's EU antitrust complaint, two people with direct knowledge of the matter said on Wednesday.

The U.S. tech giant and CISPE had earlier clinched a deal that could stave off an EU antitrust investigation into Microsoft's cloud licensing practices but did not disclose financial details of their settlement.
