Meta Wolf AG (DB:WOLF) agreed to acquire All assets from Deutsche Steinzeug Cremer & Breuer AG on June 12, 2024. Closing is contingent upon the fulfillment of specific conditions and is anticipated to be completed in Q3/2024. The takeover agreement is set to secure more than 700 jobs.
