AMENDING THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
The undersigned EU-SOLARTrading and Services Public Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 7630 Pécs, Koksz street 127.; registration authority: Pécs County Court as Court of Registration; registration number: 02-10-060424; hereinafter: Issuer or Company), with regard to provisions of article 17.2. of book two, titled "Regulations on Registration, Continued Trading and Deletion", of the "General Terms of Service of BSE Xtend", hereby informs the public that Pécs County Court as Court of Registration, by court order no. Cg.02-10-060424/144 dated on 3 April 2024, has registered changes of registered data of the Company, resulting from amending the articles of association. The court order on registration of the aforesaid changes and the updated and consolidated version of the articles of association of the Company are attached to this announcement.

The court order registering changes requested by the company can not be appealed. If the order, or any document forming the basis of the order is unlawful, the public prosecutor and whoever is affected by the court order - exclusively against the provisions related to that person - is entitled to file a lawsuit against the company for the annulment of the order before the competent county court according to the registered seat of the company.
The lawsuit can only be filed within thirty days from the date of this order. Failure to meet the aforesaid deadline shall result in termination of right to appeal.
The company has paid HUF 15,000 as procedural fee and HUF 3,000 as fee of publication by electronic means.
The above-listed changes are registered and published on the grounds of the following documents, attached under no. 143: resolution of the supreme body on changes to be registered, updated and consolidated version of the deed of foundation, other document, statement of the executive officer according to points b) an d) of article I.7. of annex no .1. of the Company Act, specimen signatures countersigned by an attorney-at-law, power of attorney, certification of payment of procedural fee and fee of publication as defined by the law, which documents can be looked into in the court of registration.
