ME Resource Corp. announced the appointment of Robert Kang to its Board of Directors effective October 21, 2015. Mr. Kang recently left the TSX Venture Exchange where he was the Director of Listed Issuer Services.

Mr. Kang brings over 20 years of experience in the venture markets in a variety of industries ranging from oil and gas to industrial technology companies. Mr. Kang began his career with Ernst and Young and is Chartered Accountant.
