FHB Mortgage Bank Co. Plc (registered seat: Üllői út 48. Budapest 1082; Number of registration: 01-10-043638; hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') fulfilling its extraordinary disclosure obligation defined in Section 1 Article 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and Point 2.5. of Annex 4 of Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.) of the Minister of Finance on the detailed rules on disclosure obligation regarding publicly issued securities informs its investors as follows.

On 21 November 2016 the extraordinary general meeting of the Company elected with its resolutions Nr. 17-21/2016. (11.21.) for a definite period of 5 years as members of the Supervisory Board dr. Kadosa Antal, dr. Zsolt Harmath, dr. Mónika Kovács, György Pórfy és dr. Balázs Reiniger.

According to the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting the elections come into force that day on which the permissions by Magyar Nemzeti Bank arrive to the Company, and all elected members of the Supervisory Board accept their election in writing. As the Company received the mentioned permissions on 28 December 2016, and all members accepted their election on 2 January 2017 according to their declarations the last of which arrived on 10 January 2017 to the Company, the resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting came into force on 2 January 2017.

On the same day came into force the resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting in which the previous members were recalled.

The Company expresses its appreciation to all recalled members of the Supervisory Board for their activities pursued in favor of the Company and the Banking group, while congratulates to the new members of the Supervisory Board and wishes good luck to their work.
