MBB SE Reports Preliminary Consolidated Earnings Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months of 2016; Reaffirms Earnings Guidance for the Year 2016

MBB SE reported preliminary Consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months of 2016. For nine months, the company generated a new revenue record after nine months with EUR 242.7 million after EUR 186.6 million in the previous year. This corresponds to a growth in revenue of 30.1%. Revenue growth without the Aumann group, which is consolidated since November 2015, amounts to 12.6%. EBITDA increased by 36.0% from EUR 17.4 million to EUR 23.7 million. EBIT increased by 47.7% from EUR 12.2 million to EUR 18.1 million. Earnings amounted to EUR 11.1 million and also significantly exceeded the first nine months of the previous year (24.2%). Earnings per share grew to EUR 1.69 (EUR 1.36 in the previous year).
For the third quarter, revenue increased to EUR 83.4 million (34.2% compared to previous year), EBITDA to EUR 8.1 million (44.9% compared to previous year), EBIT to EUR 6.2 million (58.0% compared to previous year) and earnings per share EUR 0.60 (30.4% compared to previous year). The revenue growth of the group is paired with a significant margin improvement.
For the year 2016, the company continues to forecast revenues of more than EUR 310 million and earnings per share of at least EUR 2.10.
