Net Asset Value per B Ordinary Share
The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the estimated net asset value per B ordinary share of the Company based on the estimated value of its interests in the Marwyn Value Investors L.P. is £0.46105 as at 31 December 2013. As at 31 December 2013 there were 5,008,870 B ordinary shares in issue.
As at 31 December 2013 the closing mid share price of a B ordinary share in the Company was £0.3050 and represented a discount of 33.8% to the net asset value per B ordinary share.
