Net income before tax & distribution was SGD 36,667,000 compared with SGD 33,557,000 for the same period a year ago. Adjusted taxable income available for distribution to unit holders was SGD 37,663,000 or 2.32 cents per unit compared to SGD 35,217,000 or 2.16 cents per unit a year ago. The increase was driven by healthy rental revenue and improved occupancies in Flatted Factories and Stack-up/Ramp-up Buildings.

For the nine months, the company reported gross revenues of SGD 204,312,000 compared with SGD 180,079,000 for the same period a year ago. Net property income was SGD 145,858,000 compared with SGD 125,344,000 for the same period a year ago. Net income before tax & distribution was SGD 108,364,000 compared with SGD 92,559,000 for the same period a year ago. Adjusted taxable income available for distribution to unit holders was SGD 112,030,000 or 6.87 cents per unit compared with SGD 95,895,000 or 6.19 cents per unit for the same period a year ago.
