ManTech International Corporation (NasdaqGS:MANT) acquired Alta Systems Inc. for $10 million in cash on January 8, 2013. ManTech International Corporation used available cash to finance the acquisition. Post acquisition, Alta Systems Inc. will become part of ManTech International Corporation's existing health care business. ManTech International Corporation does not expect the transaction to have a material impact on its 2013 financial results. Houlihan Lokey acted as the financial advisor for Alta Systems. Matthew D. Klaiber and Colleen Pleasant Kline of Miles & Stockbridge P.C. acted as the legal advisor for Alta Systems.
