Mankind Pharma Limited (NSEI:MANKIND) is likely to see a block deal worth INR 7,630 million on July 11, 2024, where Hema CIPEF (Hema Cipef (I) Limited), an affiliate of the US-based Capital Group, will offload its stake, according to reports. About 3.7 million shares or 0.9% of Hema's equity will go under the block at a price of INR 2,061 apiece, which is at 2% discount to the current market price. At the end of March quarter, Hema CIPEF held about 2.22% in the company, which is majority owned by promoters.
