Malita Investments p.l.c. is a Malta-based investment holding company. The Company is primarily engaged in the financing, acquisition, development, management, and operation of immovable property, in particular, projects of national and/or strategic importance. The Company’s investment portfolio consists of various government projects such as the Maltese Parliament, Valletta City Gate, Open-Air Theatre, Affordable Social Housing, Valletta Cruise Port and Malta International Airport (MIA). MIA includes general passenger services, and the operation of a range of retail services at the airport, airside and landside shops, restaurants, and leases office space to airlines and other travel related operators at the airport. The Company develops approximately 768 apartments, 514 lock-up garages and 161 parking spaces.
