On January 18, 2022, Makara Mining Corp. filed a management information circular soliciting proxies and urged the shareholders to vote against the resolutions (1) to remove Grant Hendrickson, Andrew H. von Kursell, Hugh Maddin, and Uranbileg (Urnaa) Yondon as directors of the Company, (2) to reduce the number of directors to 3; and (3) to elect Noel Querido's nominee, David Greenway, as a director of the Company at the Company's special shareholders meeting scheduled to be held on February 8, 2022.
