Majuperak Holdings Bhd Appoints Jamal Bin Mohd Aris as Non Independent & Non Executive Director

Majuperak Holdings Bhd announced the appointment of Jamal Bin Mohd Aris as Non Independent & Non Executive Director, effective August 29, 2013. Jamal Bin Mohd Aris is Managing Director Strategic Edge Holdings Sdn Bhd and from March 2003 to present, he is the Managing Director & Country Manager Temporal Brand Consulting Sdn Bhd director Temporal Brand Consulting Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).

From June 2011 to present he is the Managing Director, Cherating Bayview Resort Sdn Bhd. At present, En Jamal bin Mohd Aris is the Timbalan Ketua Ekesutif, Kumpulan Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak, the major shareholder of the Company.
