Resolution No. 179/2024 of the Budapest Stock Exchange Plc.

The Budapest Stock Exchange Plc. reduces the listed amount of the dematerialised , registered ordinary shares of the issuer Magyar Telekom Telecommunications Public Limited Company (1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 36.) in an amount of 32,941,370

securities with a face value of HUF 100	giving a total face	value of HUF 3,294,137,000 as of
June 21, 2024 and modifies the Product List	as follows.
