São Paulo, January 29th, 2016 - Magnesita Refratários S.A. (Novo Mercado: MAGG3 | OTCQX: MFRSY) ("Company") announces to the Company's shareholders and the market in general that, in addition to the Notice to the Shareholders published on December 14th, 2015 and January 27th, 2016, out of the 12,350 common shares auctioned yesterday, 11,500 shares were sold at an average price of R$14.29. The 850 remaining shares will be re-auctioned on the BM&FBOVESPA on 02.02.2016, from 5:55 pm to 6:00 pm.
Once all the fractions are sold, the Company will announce through a Notice to Shareholders the amount and date on which the proceeds from the auction will be made available to the shareholders.
