BBS Motorsport GmbH agreed to acquire Washi Holdings GmbH and BBS Washi Wheels GmbH from Maeda Kosen Co., Ltd. (TSE:7821) and others on August 22, 2014. Post acquisition, Washi Holdings GmbH and BBS Washi Wheels GmbH will be dissolved and only BBS Motorsport GmbH will be surviving company.
