Macquarie Global Infrastructure Total Return Fund Inc. (NYSE:MGU) (“MGU” or “Fund”) today announced that, effective February 1, 2020, John C. Leonard, who is Executive Director and Global Head of Equities for Macquarie Investment Management, will replace Brad Frishberg as the Fund’s interested Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Frishberg, who is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Infrastructure Securities at Macquarie Asset Management, will remain as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Fund, responsible for managing the Fund’s assets.
