The annual general meeting of Lumi Gruppen AS was held today, 7 May 2024. The
minutes from the meeting and appendices are attached to this notice and will be
made available on the company's website.

Item 1 to 8 and item 11 of the agenda were approved, while item 9 (board
authorisation to increase the share capital by issuance of new shares) and item
10 (board authorisation to increase the share capital to complete a repair
issue) did not get the required votes and were not approved. 

Appointment of Rob Woodward as New Chairperson
 
Lumi Gruppen is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Woodward as the new
Chairperson. Rob brings extensive Boardroom leadership experience from his
diverse career across both public and private sectors.
 
Rob has held positions as Chair, NED, and CEO in both public and private
companies, specializing in the TMT sector from an early stage. Appointed by the
UK Government, he has chaired the Met Office since 2018, stepping down later
this year after two terms. With over 10 years as CEO of STV Group plc and
previous roles at Channel 4 Television, UBS Corporate Finance, and Deloitte, Rob
brings vast leadership experience. Currently, he chairs Glasgow Caledonian
University's Court and Ebiquity plc. Notably, he oversaw the sale of Blancco plc
to US private equity last year.
 
With his proven track record of strategic leadership and deep industry
expertise, we are confident that Rob will make a significant contribution to the
growth and success of Lumi Gruppen as our new Chairperson.
