Special Dividend
The Ludowici Limited Board announces that a fully franked
special dividend of $0.45 per Ludowici share (Special
Dividend) is to be paid subject to the Scheme being approved
by the Court and the Scheme becoming effective.
If the Scheme is approved by the Court and implemented, based
on the current timetable:
