LT Group, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 12,817.23 million compared to PHP 10,719.3 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 25,581.29 million compared to PHP 22,800.39 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 5,010.31 million compared to PHP 6,215.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.46 compared to PHP 0.57 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was PHP 0.46 compared to PHP 0.57 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 35,032.52 million compared to PHP 29,871.67 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 71,341.92 million compared to PHP 66,941.12 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 20,411.15 million compared to PHP 9,945.35 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 1.89 compared to PHP 0.92 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was PHP 1.89 compared to PHP 0.92 a year ago.

Property Development segment is engaged in ownership, development, leasing and management of residential properties. Others segment consist of various holding companies.
