Gruppa LSR : LSR Group acquired several land plots in the centre of Saint Petersburg

LSR Group acquired land plots with a total area of 13.6 ha on Petrovsky Island in Saint Petersburg. More than 200,000 sq. m of elite real estate will be constructed there.

The land plots are located at 9, Petrovsky Prospekt, 11, Petrovsky Prospekt and 17, Remeslennaya Street.

We plan to build high-end residential complexes fully equipped with all necessary commercial and social infrastructure, underground parking and other facilities to ensure comfortable. The Petrovsky Pond and Petrovsky Park, being unique recreational areas, are located close by. Customers will be offered a wide range of spacious apartments with picturesque views of the historic center of Saint Petersburg and waterfront.

The construction process will be divided into phases. Pre-sales for the first stage will be launched in fall 2017. We plan to complete the projects by 2022.

In the near future, Petrovsky Island will become a new location for premium residential property and will deprive Krestovsky Island of this status. There are plans to construct about 380,000 sq. m of elite housing on the island, and our projects will account for more than half of this volume. The island has several unique features, including good transport accessibility, limited number of land plots available for construction, abundance of green areas, proximity to the center, Vasilyevsky Island, the Neva river and the Gulf of Finland.
