COMUNICADO AO MERCADO
A Log-In- Logística Intermodal S.A. ("Log-In", "Companhia" - B3: LOGN3) informa aos seus acionistas, investidores e ao mercado em geral que foi comunicada pela Sas Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl ("Sas") da liquidação do leilão da oferta pública voluntária para aquisição do controle da Log-In lançada pela Sas ("OPA").
Como resultado da liquidação da OPA a Sas passou a ser a efetiva titular de 70.096.995 ações ordinárias de emissão da Log-In, representativas de 67% do capital social da Companhia, excluídas as ações em tesouraria.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Log-In- Logística Intermodal S.A. ("Log-In", "Company" - B3: LOGN3) hereby informs its shareholders, its investors and the market as a whole that it was notified by Sas Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl ("Sas") of the settlement of the auction of the voluntary public tender offer for the acquisition of control of Log-In launched by Sas ("Tender Offer").
As a result of the settlement of the Tender Offer, Sas has become the lawful owner of 70,096,995 common shares of Log-In, representing 67% of the Company's capital stock, excluded the shares held in treasury.
