NOTICE OF RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR- LIVINGTRUST MORTGAGE BANK PLC
This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and members of the public, particularly the shareholders of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) of the voluntary resignation of Mr. Michael Omolaja as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank,.
Until his resignation, Mr. Omolaja was an Independent Non-Executive Director who served as the Chairman of the Board Investment and Credit Committee. He resigned in order to pursue other personal interests. The resignation of Mr. Omolaja was accepted by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting of Friday, 20th of January, 2023.
