On January 16, 2018, management of LightPath will host an investor/analyst information day with a tour of the manufacturing facilities of its wholly-owned subsidiary ISP Optics Corporation ("ISP") based in Irvington, NY. Earlier this month, ISP was awarded a $5 million purchase contract to supply a variety of infrared ("IR") optical lens elements to a major commercial infrared vision products customer. This single contract represents 16% of LightPath's trailing 12-month revenues through September 2017. Under LightPath, ISP has come to the aid of manufacturers around the world by lowering the cost and improving the functionality of integrated optical technologies.
