If you have elected to receive the Corporate Communications# in printed form(s), the printed form(s) of the Current Corporate Communication is enclosed.

Shareholders who have chosen (or are deemed to have consented) to read the Company's Corporate Communications # published on the Company 's website in place of receiving printed copies may request for printed copies of the Current Corporate Communication to be sent to them.
