LGI Homes Adds Townhomes to its Crystal Lakes Community Near Katy

LGI Homes, Inc. announced the construction of a new section of townhomes within its Crystal Lakes community, located west of Houston and near the I-10 Energy Corridor. The two-story homes, which include upgraded interiors and over 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, are competitively priced from the $170s. LGI Homes is outfitting the new townhomes with designer interior features such as granite countertops, 42-inch upper cabinets, and a full set of stainless-steel kitchen appliances including a refrigerator and a built-in microwave. The exteriors feature LP SmartSide siding, decorative glass front doors, and attached 2-car garages with private driveways. Additionally, the townhomes at Crystal Lakes are built with an in-wall pest control system and a LiftMaster automatic garage door opener.
