Las Vegas Sands Corp. confirmed sale of Sands Bethworks Gaming LLC. Michael Leven, Chief Operating Officer of Las Vegas Sands, confirmed reports that Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is up for sale.
"We will probably look to sell it however, somebody's got to pay the price, we're just as happy to keep it," he added. Leven did not confirm the reported $1 billion sale price but noted the company has invested $800 million in the property alone, Eastern Express Times said.
