Age: 57. Degree: B.Eng (Hons) in Biochemical Engineering University College London, UK, 1984-1987. Professional Qualification: FCA, The Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales member since 1991.

Professional Qualification: CPA (M), The Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountant member since 2022. Working experience and occupation: Ms Loh is the Head of ICAEW Malaysia Limited (ICAEWML). She is primarily responsible for driving the international strategy of ICAEW, building the reputation of the professional body, developing pipelines for future chartered accountants, and providing membership value.

She is also responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with higher education institutions, members, local partners, government agencies, and employers and she has successfully developed a robust professional-client and service network. Ms Loh started her career in Wilder Coe, Chartered Accountants London (1988 to 1993) where she primarily focused on auditing and financial reporting. In 1993, upon returning to Malaysia, she joined Price Waterhouse and undertaken the role of management consultant where she gained extensive exposure on conducting and preparing feasibility studies as well as preparing proposals for corporatisation and privatisation studies.Subsequently in 1996, she joined Firbeck Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Astron Limited, as the Financial Controller, where she was tasked with setting up and managing the operations of the Malaysia office.

Additionally, she was seconded to China to establish the accounting system for the company's mineral sands operations where she gained valuable experience in cross cultural communication and project management. In 1997, she joined PK Resources Berhad as Manager of Corporate Affairs, where she had evaluated strategic investment opportunities for the PLC. Her notable achievement was spearheading the establishment of a higher education institution, Nilai College, now known as Nilai International University where she played the pivotal role in successfully securing the colleges university college status in 2007.

As Director of Corporate Affairs at NIU, she led the corporate communications and branding department. In 2008, she left NIU and joined ICAEWML.
