SUSPENSION OF TRADING

References are made to (i) the announcement of Lamtex Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 31 March 2020 in relation to the preliminary unaudited annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("FY 2019") of the Company (the "Unaudited Annual Results Announcement"); and (ii) the announcements of the Company dated 5 May 2020, 14 May 2020, 1 June 2020 and 26 June 2020 in relation to, among others, the delay in the publication of the audited annual results announcement for FY 2019 and the despatch of the 2019 annual report (the "Announcements"). Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong limited will be suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 3 August 2020, pending publication of the 2019 Annual Results.

The Company will publish further announcement(s) to inform the Shareholders and potential investors any material developments in connection with the above matter as and when appropriate.
