Kunyue Development Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced total revenue was TWD 2,734.885 million compared to TWD 2,215.211 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 533.052 million compared to TWD 414.082 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 484.987 million compared to TWD 375.687 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.11 compared to TWD 2.41 a year ago.
Kunyue Development Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the development, sales and leasing of real estates. The Companyâs primary businesses include the construction of residential buildings, commercial buildings, villas, public facilities and others. The Company is also involved in the provision of related maintenance services, including the structural engineering, water engineering, energy-saving projects, emergency power generation, external wall waterproofing, material testing and basement ventilation services. The Company mainly operates through two business segments: properties development business segment and construction business segment. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the central area of Taiwan.
