Kunyue Development Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 345.337 million compared to TWD 620.016 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 62.732 million compared to TWD 142.021 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 57.023 million compared to TWD 141.015 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.38 compared to TWD 0.95 a year ago.
Kunyue Development Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the development, sales and leasing of real estates. The Companyâs primary businesses include the construction of residential buildings, commercial buildings, villas, public facilities and others. The Company is also involved in the provision of related maintenance services, including the structural engineering, water engineering, energy-saving projects, emergency power generation, external wall waterproofing, material testing and basement ventilation services. The Company mainly operates through two business segments: properties development business segment and construction business segment. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the central area of Taiwan.
