The Board of Directors' Meeting of Kumwell Corporation Public Company Limited ( " Company" ) No. 5/2022, held on 22 June 2022, has resolved important resolutions which can be summarized as follows;
Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Kiattichai Song-In from the position of Director, Executive Director and Company Secretary, with effective from 1 July 2022 onward.
Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Kiattichai Song-In from the position of Chief Finance Officer ( the person assuring overall responsibility in accounting and finance: CFO) , with effective from 1 July 2022 onward.
Resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Surawut Kanchitvinijkul as Director and Executive Director with effective from 1 July 2022 onward, the nominated director shall have the term as the remaining term of the resigned director.
Resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Werachai Kiatjaroonlert as Company Secretary with effective from 1 July 2022 onward.
Resolved to approve the change of the Company's authorized signatories as follows; From:
" Mr. Boonsak Kiatjaroonlert or Mrs. Chaweewan Kiatjaroonlert or Capt. Werachet Khan-ngern jointly sign with Mr. Preecha Panasuwannarat or Mr. Kiattichai Song-In; two directors sign and affix the company's seal"
